Americon provided General Contracting and Construction Management services for this 17 week project, including budget management, scheduling, subcontractor acquisition and coordination of all work. Americon demolished the existing interiors, and managed the construction of all interior offices, conference rooms, trading operations and a data center for this 38,000 sq. ft. office.
